We are a relatively new primarily capital-focused impact investment manager that goes to great lengths to ensure that its financial investments have a measurable and demonstrable social and environmental impact.
To increase the provision of new social and affordable rental housing, the cog in the wheel of high-impact sectors such as health, education, employment, inclusion or environmental sustainability: We create impact-based business models in the housing sector with economic profitability in line with comparable products in the market, we align interests with our investors by co-investing in our projects, and we forge a solid network of connections and build bridges with partners, collaborators and suppliers alike.

Our team has extensive experience in senior management positions of manage capital investments in the residential property sector, in constructing and developing new housing, in managing large affordable social housing portfolios in Europe and their respective impact measurements, and in third sector and social economy organisations. The foregoing, with the commitment that our investments have a three-fold return.
